Andreas has over three decades of experience guiding organisations through transformation. Most recently as VP of Operations and COO at Extenda Retail, he built a global delivery model with teams across five countries and implemented ISO 27001. Earlier career includes roles at SAP and Connecta. He holds a Master's from the University of Freiburg and completed INSEAD's Leadership Program. Andreas currently chairs the boards of Weld Done and NORDIC NDT AB.
