Why Norloy exists?
Norloy is a Nordic investment partner built by operators, for founders who need more than capital to scale.
We were founded by five people who spent their careers at the helm of global corporations and high-growth technology businesses, and who kept watching the same thing happen.
Talented founders with strong products and real traction would hit a wall when it came time to scale. The revenue was there, the ambition was obvious, and the potential was clear to anyone paying attention. But the path from early momentum to institutional-grade growth was fragmented, and the support available wasn't designed for what scaling actually requires.
The investors offering growth capital had no interest in helping navigate the operational complexity. The consultants offering strategy would deliver their slides and move on. And founders were left trying to figure out the hardest phase of their company's life with options that weren't built for the reality of what they were facing.
We started Norloy because we'd spent our careers on the inside of scaling businesses. We'd led transformation programmes, built commercial engines from scratch, taken companies through rapid growth and out the other side. That experience doesn't belong on the sidelines, it belongs embedded in the businesses that need it most.

We take minority stakes and stay actively involved, building long-term relationships with founders who want a hands-on growth partner that shows up and shares the load. That's only possible if we stay focused, which is why we're selective about who we work with and fully committed when we say yes.
